General Information

This website visualizes some useful applications of Polynomial Splines, also called B-splines.
Please note that you will need the Wolfram CDF Player version 11 or higher to run the visualizations.

Installation & download links

You can find the full instructions here.

How to navigate this Demo

Click whichever function you want to see on the bar to the right to play with it.
To return to this page, click "OVERVIEW" in the top left corner.
If you click on the red case on the right, the current page will be reloaded, resetting all parameters to the default values. Additionally, if you have changed the size of the window, reloading will make sure the CDF object has the appropriate size (based on the width of the current window).
To change the shown functions, you can either use the sliders and buttons to change any parameter, or you can click on Autorun , which will automatically cycle through.

If the demos don't work

It is possible that your browser disallows the plugin from functioning. Make sure to allow "bigwww.epfl.ch" to use the Wolfram CDF Player.
