Parametric shape representation using spline-based basis functions
Master Semester Project
We have designed spline families that have specific properties that are of interest for shape representation and deformation, such as reproduction of spheres and ellipsoids or refinability. In this project we aim at developing a c++ library that implements these splines in order to create interactive shape models in Maya. The student should be familiar with the Maya C++ API.
