Abstract
We present the implementation of an ImageJ plug-in for polyharmonic wavelet transform that uses the quincunx subsampling scheme.

First, we define polyharmonic B-splines. Next, we describe the construction of polyharmonic wavelets using a quincunx subsampling scheme. Finally, we describ the plug-in's structure and its implementation in detail.

The plug-in's performanceis illustated by some examples.
