Abstract
The wavelet frame transform allow a multiscale decomposition, preserving the translation invariance property. For this reasons,
it's the right tool to do texture analysis. In this semester project, the wavelet frame tranform has been implemented in Java
as a ImageJ plugin. The plugin was tested using the brodatz segmentation problem. Finally, we apply this tool for the
segmentation of cellular tissues between healthy zones and cancerous zones.
