The aim of this project is to give to the doctor a support in the detection and the quantification of the anomalies of the liver. The doctor makes a diagnostic of the anomaly. Once diagnostic done, our work can be useful for him; Indeed in this project, we will set up a system being used to give some information on the lesion: it finds the volume of the lesion in 3D, its centre of gravity in 3D, the axes of inertias in 3D, and the form which the lesion takes by highlighting this area in the successive cuts.
