Abstract |
A Java applet simulating a microscope and running using an Internet browser has been created. It contains several functions such as zooming, misfocus blurring, light intensity, contrast, DIC and allows the user to choose an image and a 2D or 3D simulation mode, and then to use the various implemented functions.
