Abstract
We present an algorithm to reconstruct velocity field from doppler measurements. We try to reconstruct the true velocity in contrast to the measurement itself, which is the relative velocity along the direction of the measuring beam. We formulate the reconstruction as a minimization, where the cost functional to be minimized is the weighted sum of the deviation from the measurements and a roughness measure.
