. Ulugbek was selected to receive the 2017 SPS Best Paper Award from the IEEE Signal Processing Society for the paper: Ulugbek S. Kamilov, Vivek K Goyal, and Sundeep Rangan “Message-Passing De-Quantization With Applications to Compressed Sensing” IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing, Volume 60, No. 12, December 2012, which resulted from his master project at MIT.
