AbstractPhase-contrast X-ray computed tomography is an important imaging method in biomedical imaging and microscopy. Presently, the reconstructions are performed using direct FBP-like approaches; e.g. the generalized filtered back projection (GFBP). In this talk, we present how to formulate the reconstruction as an inverse problem, and present some corresponding iterative algorithms. We show their performance on some test data set.
