AbstractThis talk addresses the topic of signal estimation from 1-bit-quantized linear measurements. We first present a generalized forward model from the perspective of 1-bit compressive sensing. In a second step, we propose a practical algorithm for the recovery of signals based on generalized approximate message passing (GAMP). Experimental results demonstrate that our technique greatly improves the solution quality compared to conventional 1-bit compressive sensing.
