AbstractIn the last twenty years or so a number of fractional integral transforms have been introduced, some are purely mathematical and some have practical applications, especially in signal processing and optics. In this talk we introduce some of these fractional integral transforms, in particular, fractional Fourier transforms and their properties and then discuss their relationship with time-frequency representations, such as Radar Ambiguity functions, Wigner distributions and wavelets.
