AbstractStandard approaches in microscopy generally assume that the the optical blur is stationary in the field of view. This assumption is generally not valid, especially when looking at large fields of view. In this presentation, we will show how to estimate a subspace of spatially variable blur operator that characterizes a given microscope. In a second step, we will show how to use this subspace to solve blind deblurring problems in microscopy. We will present two approaches, one that exploits the fact that the signal is composed of beads, the second that uses neural networks.
