Recent work by N. Hadjikhani suggested that the face-recognition processing in autistic persons is different than in healthy subjects. Further investigation based on the brain areas that correlated with the fusiform area (which plays a crucial role in face recognition) is needed. The aim of this project is to process the data provided by Nouchine Hadjikhani and to perform a statistical analysis using the wavelet-based statistical resampling method.
